Role: Data Engineering Offering Tech Lead

Location: Poland (remote)

You will be joining DXC's Data Engineering Offering Practice to collaborate with highly talented tech leads. You'll play a strategic role in developing critical Data Analytics and GenAI products that are used by our customers. Additionally, you will field-test these products by leading their delivery to clients. The mantra of the offering is advanced analytics, quality assurance, and automation. The scope is vast and includes: modeling, orchestration, GenAI, code generation, templating, configuration management, IaC, CI/CD, support automation, chatbots, agentic AI—you name it.

Our analytics projects range from real-time data processing and large-scale Data Lakehouse deployments to advanced ETL orchestration, data quality frameworks, and enterprise data management and governance. We're enhancing these traditional analytics capabilities with cutting-edge GenAI solutions, including RAG-based enterprise applications, autonomous agents for support, self-service, self-healing, and intelligent automation frameworks that streamline our delivery.

If you join the team, you will help build the next generation of tools and automations for analytics, advancing our leadership in the agentic approach to data, quality assurance, deployment automation, and governance. Our platform is designed to support business units by providing access to state-of-the-art processing and monitoring tools. Currently, we are focused primarily on Azure Cloud, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric, though we remain open to any tools and vendors that get the job done.

From a personality perspective, you must be self-driven, passionate, and possess a "go-and-do-it" attitude. You will be working in a team of highly talented tech leads, so the bar is high.
