The Associate IT Support Specialist for Radiometer is responsible for facilitating and supporting Radiometer Digital Solutions products for all customers.
This position is part of the IT Solutions Team located across North America and will be a remote position with some travel to support west coast business hours, working between the hours of 8am to 5pm PST. You will be a part of the IT Solution Team and report to the National Manager of ITS responsible for managing and setting the strategy for the ITS Solutions Specialists, ITS Support Specialists, and ensuring timely and quality implementation and support of Radiometer Digital Solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Communicate with customers to understand their issues, provide updates on progress, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor in all customer interactions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide support for Radiometer Digital Solutions products. Think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues.
May participate in other projects outside of normal responsibilities to help improve company business practices and associate development. Work with other teams (customer teams or Radiometer teams) to resolve issues. Give and provide feedback to foster and contribute to an environment of continuous process improvement.

This position requires up to 10% travel, overnight, and potentially internationally.
Must be able to work between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time.
This role may potentially need to be a part of a weekly On-Call rotation
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working with Mirth Connect / NextGen Connect.
Installing and configuring platforms that utilize Windows IIS, MS SQL, and MS SSRS.
Fluency in French.
Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Bachelor of Information Technology or relevant information technology certificates such as A+, Network+, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).

The hourly range for this role is $26.00 - $31.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #LI-Remote
