📌 About the Role
Jus Mundi is looking for a Brazil Account Executive based in São Paulo. The position is fully remote, with travel for in-person meetings with clients and prospects.
🙌 The Team
The Sales Team at Jus Mundi comprises over 15 people from different countries and cultures, united by a common goal of powering global justice and transforming the legal industry with cutting-edge AI solutions. We work with top-tier law firms, corporates, governments and universities in over 80 countries, from Chile to Japan and from Norway to South Africa. 💙
The Latam Sales team is currently composed of 4 people and you will be working directly with the Brazil Country Director, located in Paris.
🌟Your mission at Jus Mundi
Brazil is a growing market for our services. Our portfolio of clients includes the most renowned law firms in Brazil, such as Mattos Filho, BM&A, FCDG, Tozzini Freire, Sergio Bermudes, Lefosse, alongside boutique law firms specializing in arbitration, expert firms, and leading companies. We are proud to partner with the most prominent arbitral institutions in the region, including the ICC, CAM-CCBC, CBMA, CAMARB, AMCHAM, and more than 80 institutions globally.
As a Brazil Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting the Brazilian market and driving new business for the company.
📌 What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you will be in charge of:
- Prospection, development and follow-up of your prospects and clients’ portfolio via phone, mail, social network and face-to-face meetings.
- Managing inbound leads, generating outbound leads, and handling them all through the sales process, until the closing.
- Demonstrating the value of Jus Mundi to prospects, remotely or face-to face, and with a large public.
- Managing and tracking customer information, activities, pipeline metrics and accurate forecasts in CRM.
- Negotiating with legal executives.
- Helping elaborate the sales strategy in terms of acquisition and retention, under the supervision of the Director of Brazil.
- Learning to master our AI tools to showcase their full potential and help clients streamline their workflows.
⚙️ Preferred Experience and Skills
- You have at least 2 years of consistent experience in B2B sales, in the legal field.
- A law degree is an asset.
- You are used to CRMs, excel, and other sales tools such as Sales Navigator, etc.
- Your first language is Brazilian Portuguese, and you have exceptional English skills that allow you to thrive in an international environment. Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable plus.
- You are a passionate sales professional, with excellent communication skills and selling soft skills: good listener, perseverance, enthusiasm, hard worker, organized.
- Needless to say, you have an excellent track record in sales and know how to build a strong long-lasting relationship with your clients.
- You are also autonomous, proactive, rigorous, and interested in law, artificial intelligence and technology.
- You wish to join an international agile start-up, which tackles the world of international law & arbitration.
- You are comfortable speaking with senior executives, and in public.
- You are OK with travelling and visiting prospects.

- Interview with our VP Revenues or our CEO (1h)
- Meeting with the Latam/Brazil Team (1h)
At least one interview will be done in person, in March 2025 (São Paulo).
