Senior Business Development Manager

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team full-time in Germany.

We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and take ownership of generating new business in the DACH region
• Develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers at target clients, identifying opportunities that match with our solutions stimulating client interest
• Own the sales cycle from the first conversation to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless client experience
• Work closely with our lead generation and marketing teams while taking initiative to create your own leads when needed
• Represent our brand at industry events and showcase how we help businesses thrive with innovative solutions

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of selling technology solutions or IT services on the DACH market with a proven ability to exceed €1M+ annual quotas
• Understanding of digital technology trends and needs in such sectors like consumer markets, technology, financial services, or manufacturing
• A strong network of contacts and a knack for connecting with people at all levels, including C-suite executives
• Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills with a talent for crafting compelling value propositions
• Sharp commercial and contractual acumen, paired with a problem-solving mindset
