Project Manager - Account Payable - International Company

For one of our projects with an International company, NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Accounts Payable to lead the roll-out of a supplier invoice recognition and accounting tool. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Maintain a comprehensive overview of all project phases, ensuring clarity on tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
• Define and track project deliverables for each phase, assigning responsibilities to team members to ensure accountability.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on schedule and within scope.
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 7 years of recent professional experience in program/project planning, management and successful delivery of complex cross-functional or interdependent projects, some of which should be at the global or international level;
• +4 years of successful project management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, as it relates to the project focus.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Desirable: Professional qualification or foundation certification in project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince 2, Agile SCRUM.
• Fluent oral and written in English.
