Job Description
A bit about this role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support our Procurement Team! You will report to the Head of Procurement while also supporting the broader Procurement Team and Vendor Management activities. This role is heavily focused on administrative and tactical duties with primary responsibilities including maintaining contract databases and ensuring contract renewals are done on time.
Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:
Provide administrative support for the Procurement Team as needed, including drafting contract amendments, preparing redlines, performing first level review and communicating contract related updates to stakeholders.
Monitor and manage contract renewal schedules to ensure timely renewals and avoid potential lapses in service.
Maintains the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) database and procedural mechanisms in the Procurement contract review and approval processes.
Collaborates with colleagues across organizational lines to obtain and transmit business information necessary for vendor onboarding.
Maintains contracts and standard contract clause language in company’s systems.
Assists with all contracting administration and special projects, as assigned.
Required skills and experience:
Minimum 4 years previous experience in contract administration or related role.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a startup fast paced environment, independently as well as collaboratively and operating under tight deadlines.
Proven organizational skills, as well as flexibility, and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities within designated time frames and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired skills and experience:
Salary range: $54,150.00 - $103,500.00 annually

The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
