Job description

Role Pitch Our fast-growing US Sales team is looking for an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to source prospects, manage inbound leads, qualify prospects and lead the sales process.

The Mid-Market Account Executive, US represents the Company and is a liaison between the prospect and internal CloudPay representatives (Solution Consulting, Commercial, Legal, Implementation and Operations).

Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage sales cycles and present value of CloudPay's managed payroll services
  • Prospect for potential new clients over the phone, email, Linked In and other sources
  • Follow-up and manage all assigned leads (from lead generation, web inquiries, third parties, etc.)
  • Prepare proposals addressing the prospect’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Develop a strategic selling approach for each prospect
  • Run discovery and demonstration meetings
  • Prepare pricing for approval
  • Attend industry functions as assigned and approved by management, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends

Description Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Experience in selling SaaS technology and business services to mid-sized multinational organizations (500-1000 total employees)
  • Experience in Human Capital Management and payroll is mandatory.
  • Experience selling into global organizations preferred but primarily focused on US HQs with global footprints, multiple influencers and decision-makers
  • Experience selling to HR, Finance and Accounting personas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
