React Developer

We are seeking a talented React Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting application development projects. This remote position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with global teams while driving innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and ramp-up for 1-2 project launches, delegating responsibilities to the project team.
• Support 2-3+ active projects as a subject matter expert on an as-needed basis.
• Collaborate with the Design team to ensure a user-first approach in technology implementation.
• Partner with the Product Manager to align code development with business objectives.
• Own the front-end build system and establish best practices for front-end frameworks and tools.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance in React development.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code that is compatible across devices and browsers.
• Architect reusable and accessible front-end components while adhering to modern web standards.
  
  
  

Skills

• 5+ years of professional hands-on experience in React application development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Experience with unit testing using Jest or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with Git and agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue) or mobile development (Kotlin, Swift, React Native).
• Knowledge of inclusive design best practices and WCAG standards.
• A degree in Computer Science/Engineering, bootcamp graduate, or equivalent practical experience.
