Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Administrative: Tracks and records all sales activity in the appropriate databases. Works closely with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts. Attends meetings and takes notes, providing important administrative support where needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Communications and Operations: Follows up on work in process to ensure appropriate workflow through sales and operations. Administrative Coordinator represents the sales department by participating in interdepartmental teams and interacts with other departments in a positive, effective, and supportive manner. Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills by responding to phone calls, emails and preparing a wide range of documentation: presentations, proposals, reports, and correspondence

Job Responsibilities:
- Schedules meetings, conference calls, travel – proficiently
- Supply Ordering
- Purchase orders for Sales and Commercial Operations
- Completes expense reports timely and accurately
- Serves as primary contact with meeting planners and hotels
- Coordinates and works well with Sales Training and Commercial Ops, Customer Service, Marketing Admins, Med Affairs admin and LT admin
- Keeps Sales Rosters up to date
- Helps Exec team with deadlines and Training tracking, Master Control, Kronos etc.
- Has the ability to pull data and Sales & Expense Summary reports
- Additional projects as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint all a MUST
- Polished written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent grammar, spelling and editing skills
- Project management skills
- 3-5 years’ experience supporting Sales Teams
- Bi-lingual a plus

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $60,000-90,000. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
