Job description

Job Description

This role involves ensuring the Beacon project stays on schedule by closely collaborating with applications, addressing issues promptly, and escalating risks to leadership when needed. The position requires independent and team-based work to complete assigned tasks, active participation in migration strategies, and resolving challenges. Additionally, the role includes mentoring colleagues to facilitate effective knowledge sharing and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with all applications to ensure the Beacon build stays on track according to project timelines.
  • Escalate any issues or risks to the Ancillary Director and Beacon Lead immediately after identification and actively participate in migration strategy and issue resolution.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish all assigned tasks.
  • Mentor other colleagues on the team to ensure successful knowledge sharing is occurring.
