Position Purpose:
Develops and operationalizes (reports and advanced analytics), using standard development methodologies and best practices. This includes data ingestion, data transformation, data validation / quality, query optimization, and automation.
Engages with data analysts deployment using an iterative approach to documentation, development, and testing.
Helps guide the capture and documentation of report and analytic requirements
Provides guidance to data analysts to clarify vague or poorly understood requirements
Ensure quality of report and analytics solutions as defined by stakeholders
Provides senior level knowledge and insight into the changing data environment, data processing, data storage, and report development environment and drives the team toward viable solutions
Drives ways to improve report and analytic solution reliability, efficiency, and quality and deploys a solution; use data to discover tasks that can be automated or improved
Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Technical Skills:
- One or more of the following skills are desired.
- Experience with SQL (Teradata, Snowflake)
- Experience with ETL Tools (Python, Informatica)
- Experience with Healthcare Data in a Payor (e.g., MCO, Insurance) Organization
- Experience with Other: • Working with Deployment and Automation Tools (Gitlab, Control-M)
Soft Skills:

Pay Range: $85,300.00 - $158,100.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
