HR Administration Specialist with Finnish


Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and support Hire to Retire transactions
  • Process and perform quality checks on all: Time & Attendance Management, Payroll Strategy and Management, Employee Data Administration, Leave of Absence Management
  • Provide assistance on resolving level 2 & 3 level questions on all HR transactions and Recruitment admin activities
  • Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols
  • Participate and contribute towards process transformation and automations
  • Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals, and HR managers
  • Supports TL in training, daily reviews and escalations resolutions


Apply if:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration process
  • User knowledge of HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday etc
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Proficient in Finnish & English language (Read, Write, Speak)
