Product Manager - Building Materials

In this role, you’ll drive the development and lifecycle management of innovative building materials product solutions in line with segment strategy and customer needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a global impact by identifying market-specific customer needs, managing product portfolios, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve growth and profitability goals.

What you’ll do:

• Understand customer needs and provide insights to shape innovation.
• Manage product development, from conception to market introduction and phase-out.
• Optimize product margins and drive global portfolio growth through strategic initiatives.
• Monitor global product success and provide data-driven input to forecasting processes.
• Contribute to international strategic planning and market growth efforts.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven international experience in product management within the construction (B2B) industry.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent project management capabilities.
• Expertise in building robust business cases and monitoring key financial metrics.
• Solid technical knowledge with a proactive approach to innovation and problem-solving.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Fluency in English.
