- Hourly Pay: Depending on your location, you can earn between $15.18 and $18.55 per hour. Your exact rate will be determined based on relevant work experience, skills, and location.
- Incentives: Enjoy a monthly sales incentive with no chargebacks, and if you're bilingual in Spanish, you can earn additional base hourly pay!
- All Leads Provided: Say goodbye to cold calling and door knocking! Engage with customers who have already shown interest through our TV commercials, mailing campaigns, and online presence. All leads are provided at no charge to you.
- Growth Opportunities: Be part of a stable and expanding team with new cohorts starting every month from March through November.
New team members shift!
Day Shift in the various time zones :
Monday-Friday
- Eastern 9am to 6pm OR 10am to 7pm
- Central 8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6pm
- Mountain 8am to 5pm
All shifts require that you work every fourth Saturday from 9am to 6pm eastern, and
you’ll get a flex day off in return the same week!
As a Licensed Telesales and Customer service Agent your responsibilities will include:
- Making sales calls, including follow-up calls to prospective customers (no cold calls).
- Handling inbound sales and customer service calls that are routine and typically follow standard procedures.
- Learning and complies with Federal and State legal requirements and standards.
- Good oral and written communication skills. Good organizational skills.
The Licensed Telesales and Customer service Agent position is well suited for you:
- Have an active Life Insurance license in your resident state Required
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Having 2 years of customer service, sales, insurance industry or call center experience.
- Comfortable working on a computer, including working with email & CRM systems.
- High-speed, hardwired internet connection with 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload in your home.
- Being willing to relinquish any other appointments. Exclusive appointments with Colonial Penn are required for this opportunity.
