Employment Counsel

The Position

Our client, a rapidly growing EdTech company, is seeking an employment attorney to help with overflow work due to a recent merger. The successful candidate will be an employment law generalist with deep experience handling all aspects of post-merger integration, including liaising with outside counsel. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and comfortable in a fast paced, polished corporate environment.

ASAP start. 15-20 hours per week for approximately six weeks, with the potential to be ongoing if the need is proven.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $110 and $120. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
