We’re looking for two Personal Assistants to provide vital assistance to our Associate Directors in the People and Technology Directorates. These roles are exciting, varied, and provide a chance to work with people across the entire society, helping to shape its impact and success.
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the Associate Directors’ schedules and priorities. From managing inboxes and diaries to organising travel and preparing for meetings, you’ll use your skills and proactive approach to make a real difference.
Your attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs will help the Associate Directors focus their time more effectively.
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Managing diaries, emails, and communication, ensuring effective prioritisation and scheduling.
- Overseeing all travel, accommodation and hospitality needs for your stakeholders.
- Ensuring the Associate Directors have the relevant reports, papers and data for their meetings and events.
- Assistant the Associate Directors with any administrative tasks, including taking minutes during meetings, preparing agendas, processing and administration of invoices.
- Supporting on events and key projects for the Associate Directors and their leadership teams.
- Overseeing recruitment logistics, working with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate schedules and collate resources.

About you
We’re looking for individuals who bring energy, organisational expertise, and a commitment to collaboration. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
- Experience assisting senior leaders, such as Associate Directors, C-suite or similar roles.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience managing complex diaries and correspondence.
- Confidence in building relationships and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience taking minutes and creating action lists.
- The expertise to produce excellent speaker notes, presentations, and engaging event content.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
