What You Will Do:
- Develop and manage construction schedules for data center projects using Primavera P6, Synchro, and Microsoft Project.
- Use estimating tools to calculate material quantities and labor requirements for project execution.
- Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), define tasks, allocate resources, and establish activity codes to clarify project scopes.
- Calculate critical path, resource needs, and project slack to ensure timely delivery and resource optimization.
- Generate Gantt charts, resource allocation charts, and other essential reports for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with BIM teams to integrate project schedules with the Revit BIM model, facilitating the creation of 4D BIM schedules and construction simulations.
What We Expect:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
- Written and spoken English at a B1-B2 level or higher.
- 4−5 years of experience in the construction industry, managing complex projects with significant electrical and/or mechanical components.
- Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is required.
- Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Experience with Synchro and Fuzor is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in the construction industry in the United States will be considered an asset but not required.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
