About the Role [Texas-based] 🚀

Clever is looking for a relationship-driven sales professional in Texas to join our Closing Services team as an Agent Relations Manager. In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents across Texas, advocating for Clever’s title and escrow services. Your main responsibility will be introducing our modern, secure offerings and driving adoption of new products as they roll out. What You'll Do 📣

As an Agent Relations Manager, reporting to the Head of Agent Relations, you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with real estate agents across multiple states. Your day-to-day will include a mix of calling, emailing, training, and attending in-person and virtual meetings. You'll also represent Clever at industry conferences to expand your network and showcase our Title & Escrow services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Introduce agents to Clever’s title and escrow products through demos and training sessions, aiming for 80%+ attachment rate.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, particularly enterprise-level accounts, through regular check-ins and status updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and execute growth opportunities, from ideation to implementation.
  • Represent Clever at industry conferences and events to expand your network and promote our services.
  • Provide exceptional service and ensure agents are fully supported as they integrate our products into their operations.

This role requires strong communication, initiative, and organizational skills. A network of real estate agents in Texas and experience in real estate or real estate tech is a plus.

Your Experience
  • Proven success in selling to real estate agents and developing opportunities from ideation to execution.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in business development or sales within real estate.
  • Experience in real estate, real estate tech, or a high-growth company is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with real estate agents.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Active network of real estate agents in Texas is a strong advantage.

  • Compensation [base + commissions] = ~$90k-$120k
