F&C team welcomes talented professional to join our dynamic team as a F&C Specialist. We are seeking for motivated individual with automatization and process simplification mindset to join our team. You will be a key player in the delivery a great achievements and results for our NBS center.

You are:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI
  • Upper-intermediate English level
  • Strong analytical skills, Attention to details
  • Pro-activeness
  • Automatizations and simplification process mindset
  • Good communication skills and stakeholders’ management

With you we will:

  • F&C Co-pilot for IBS
  • Consolidate pass through charges from all NBS centers and relocate them to an appropriate Markets
  • Participate in IBS cost allocation model through communication and budgeting the costs to correct all NBS center
  • Work closely with IBS Solution Leads and NBS Controllers to ensure accurate IBS resources forecast
  • Ensure timely and accurate budgeting, costing and re-invoicing processes, support in F&C related activities
  • Ensure visibility and correct reflection of data in Financial Dashboards during simulation through driving of relevant analysis.
  • Manage a robust, documented and transparent invoicing process with IBS customers as per defined cost allocation process
  • Communicate charges in an effective and timely manner to IBS Customers and respond to queries
  • IBS budget calculation and submission to NOSW through CPF Tool
  • Ensure quality financial information is used by the business for decision making and that potential risks and opportunities are anticipated and understood
  • Participate in projects related to area of responsibilities and projects related to IBS Finance & Control.
  • Other tasks related to area of responsibility
