Job description

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will support Channel and Specialized Sales within Fluke EMEA with the distribution of communications, price lists, managing EU demo pool, and keeping the where-to-buy section up to date. You will interact with a positive thinking team where collaboration is a keyword and with many other departments within the company.

You Will Be Responsible Mainly For

  • Distribution of product announcement and End of life via Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) to the channels;
  • Distribution of price lists via MSD to the channels.

But You Will Also Collaborate In

  • Demo pool request management;
  • "Where-to-buy" section implementation and update;
  • Answer to inquiries from Fluke sales.

The EMEA Sales Support Team is an international team based in different countries across Europe with the manager being located in Italy, one team member in Germany, and two in the Netherlands. We connect with each other on a daily basis to keep up-to-date on relevant work-related topics but there is always time for sharing thoughts and experiences as well as some good-natured laughter.

  • Bachelor / Master degree or equivalent experience;
  • 7-8 years of experience in B2B and international corporate environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics on a daily basis and experience in channel communication via MSD;
  • Practical experience with HTML (close eye on Marcom).
  • Excellent English language skills both spoken and written; good knowledge of French; any other language would be a plus.
