Description
Works closely with the Support & Service Manager to meet customer needs and expectations. Provide prompt, comprehensive, professional application & support services to RADAN’s existing customers. Responsible for the implementation of the various training, integration, and supported software plugins made available to RADAN end-users in a timely and professional manner.

- Tier 1 Tube and Bending Questions
- General Network and Setup Questions
- RADAN/Radbend Installs
- Provide Technical Expertise – 30%
- Onsite Functional Training
- Onsite Machine Integration

- Plugin Support
- Machine Configuration and Post Installation
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; BA or Technical Degre preferred
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Highspeed internet connection
- MS Office Suite
- Possess advanced technical and software skills of product lines supported
- Takes the initiative to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability follows all policies and procedures.
- Ability to contribute to and actively promote a teamwork environment.

- RADAN CAD/CAM, RadBend, RadTube
- SOLIDWORKS, Solid Edge, Inventor, Creo
- General programming and SQL skills
- NC and G-Code
- Machine operation
- Practical sheet metal experience with laser, punch, tube cutting, and forming
- Quoting
- ERP/MRP/MES
Physical Demands

- Primarily an office setting, with occasional visits to the factory floor
