As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses, we are seeking our next Sales Executive, ProfitKeeper. The Sales Executive, ProfitKeeper will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach by selling our software solutions to franchisors within their designated subvertical. This position first involves developing a deep understanding of the franchising industry, mastering our software’s features and benefits, and tailoring presentations and pitches to meet each franchisor’s unique needs. Adept at identifying potential clients and understanding their specific business challenges, this role will demonstrate how ProfitKeeper’s software can drive client success, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. Success in this role requires a strategic sales approach, combining industry insight, relationship-building expertise, and a strong drive to excel in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage with potential clients within assigned subvertical to achieve sales quotas through outbound efforts and in-person events
  • Independently carry prospects through the entire sales process, from sourcing to contract signing
  • Represent ProfitKeeper at tradeshows and industry events, expanding brand reach and cultivating relationships
  • Work with team members and management to brainstorm strategies for increasing ProfitKeeper’s market share and closing rates
  • Conduct comprehensive demonstrations of ProfitKeeper software, highlighting its benefits and addressing client-specific challenges
  • Maintain an organized and updated CRM and sales pipeline to ensure transparent forecasting and accountability


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in the franchise sales or franchise industry
  • CFE designation preferred
  • Strong grasp of sales principles, particularly in software or franchise sectors, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into clients
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; skilled at both virtual and in-person presentations
  • Knowledge of the franchising industry and client challenges; ability to tailor approaches to meet specific franchisor needs
  • Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with a preference for candidates who can efficiently manage and analyze data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, email, and other communication tools essential for collaborating and communicating effectively
