We are looking for a Director of Social Media and Digital Engagement to lead the development and execution of innovative digital strategies that elevate our online presence, foster engagement, and build a compelling brand narrative across key platforms. This leadership role will be pivotal in amplifying our newly launched brand, expanding our global digital footprint, and positioning us as a market leader in supply chain execution solutions. 

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in social media strategy, influencer partnerships, content creation, and data-driven performance optimization to ensure a dynamic and impactful digital presence. You will be responsible for cultivating a robust social media presence and creating strategies that resonate with diverse audiences, including customers, candidates, industry analysts, and investors. 

This role will play a critical part in driving audience interaction, reinforcing our thought leadership, and ensuring our messaging effectively reflects the company’s transformation and long-term market positioning. 

What a day in the life looks like: 

This role presents a global platform to make a significant impact on brand strategy and digital engagement and a collaborative work environment with opportunities for innovation and creativity. You will be responsible for leading comprehensive social media strategy that resonates with all target audiences, driving a strong presence on key social media platforms with platform-specific, engaging content and using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve reach, and boost engagement 

  • Social Media Strategy & Brand Amplification - Develop and implement a comprehensive global social media strategy aligned with our business objectives, focusing on amplifying the newly launched brand.  

  • Craft messaging tailored for diverse audiences, including customers, job candidates, industry analysts, and investors and ensure platform-specific content is optimized for maximum engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other key channels. 

  • Content Development & Organic Engagement - Build a dynamic and engaging social media presence that reflects the brand values and business goals. 

  • Influencer and Amplification Partnerships - Develop strategic influencer partnerships and paid media strategies to extend brand visibility and reach new audiences. 

  • Performance Analytics & Optimization - Leverage social media analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, audience sentiment, and content performance. 

  • Collaboration & Alignment - Work closely with the Brand Management and Strategic Communications teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and messaging. 

What you bring to the team: 

  • Experience - Significant proven experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results in a global environment. 

  • Leadership - Experience leading and managing diverse teams across regions. 

  • Creativity - Strong ability to craft compelling content and campaigns that align with the company’s vision. 

  • Analytics Proficiency - Expertise in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) to track and optimize performance. 

  • Communication - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Industry Knowledge - Experience in SaaS, WMS, or technology sectors is preferred. 

  • Portfolio - a portfolio of work will be required with submission for consideration
