Job description

Job Title: Remote Senior Recruiting Specialist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1500 USD per month + $50 commission per placement + extra performance bonus!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT (flexible)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and screen applicants based on the position requirements and conduct video interviews.
  • Develop and conduct assessments, including mock calls, case study evaluations, and personality tests.
  • Coordinate with Sales to schedule placement interviews with customers.
  • Handle 8 or more different jobs simultaneously.
  • Assist with other specific projects as requested by the head of recruitment.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to continue growing our brand and reach.
  • Have fun while delivering exceptional results!


Requirements:

  • Have a reliable internet connection suitable for remote work.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated, energetic individual with a natural ability to empathize.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a passion for cleanliness and order.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition roles with an agency
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be located in Latin America.
  • Experience working in a US recruiting agency
