Job Title: Remote Lead Qualification Sales Representative (100% work from home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $2,000 USD/month


Schedule: 40 hours a week, Flexible Hours, working in PST


About the Company:

Our client is an established network of land buyers with decades of land-buying experience, specializing in making the process of selling land for cash fast and simple. Their extensive resources guarantee payment and offer sellers multiple interested parties ready to make offers. They focus on purchasing raw and vacant land across a wide range of states, including Washington, Texas, California, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Oregon, Alaska, Hawaii, and many more.

Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a Lead Qualification Representative to join their land acquisition team. This is a critical position within their acquisitions process, focusing on negotiating and closing land purchases. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of their acquisitions department.

Responsibilities:

  • Phone Communication:
  • The representative will need to demonstrate exceptional phone skills to engage effectively with potential land sellers. This involves initiating conversations, building rapport, and gathering crucial information about properties.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • The primary focus of this role is negotiating deals and successfully closing land acquisitions. The representative will be responsible for securing properties at optimal prices, directly contributing to the company’s bottom line.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Building strong relationships and trust with sellers through clear, empathetic communication is essential. This helps facilitate smooth transactions and potentially secure future deals.
  • CRM Management:
  • Utilizing and managing the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, document interactions, and maintain detailed property information.
  • Property Analysis:
  • Analyzing property information to determine its suitability for purchase based on the company’s criteria. This requires a strong understanding of land valuation and the client’s specific acquisition requirements.


Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A talent for building relationships and fostering trust.
  • Comfort with technology, particularly CRM systems.
  • A good understanding of property analysis.
  • A background in real estate or sales (preferred but not required).
  • Persistence, empathy, and a strong ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent English level
  • Located in Latin America
