Manages the development, implementation and ongoing support of Risk Management. Works with all Risk Management Officers (RMO) and Chief Risk Officers (CRO) to support, monitor and report upon a decentralized Enterprise Risk Management program.

Serve as the primary Aravo Third-Party Risk Management subject matter expert within Global Risk Services (GRS). Responsible for driving the development, implementation, and management of Aravo. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into practical solutions that align with organizational objectives which can differ across RGA's geographies. The role will also require providing solutions for integrating other applications with Aravo.

Principle Duties

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and long term roadmap for the implementation of Aravo, ensuring alignment with multiple stakeholders. Lead the design, build out, and testing of Aravo in partnership with multiple stakeholders across the globe to gather and prioritize product requirements, synthesize differing requirements from global stakeholders.
  • Subject matter expert in the development of use cases and efficiency gains for global adoption of Aravo, including amending global policies and standards as necessary. Design and produce dashboards and other reporting components for senior management and the Board.
  • Act as a liaison between Aravo and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and expectations. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Aravo.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using key metrics to drive continuous improvement. Monitor all aspects of Aravo including communication with third party relationship owners and other stakeholders, control owners and operators, control attestations and evidence collation, and assist with tool maturity to support GRS processes. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - required
  • Post-graduate or professional qualification in a related field - preferred
  • 5+ Years, Project Management or third party risk management experience
  • 5+ Years Risk, audit, controls related experience
  • Third party risk management certification are preferred

Skills And Abilities

  • Understanding of risks, controls, policy, implementation of a risk management software platform
  • Experience with senior management and Board level risk reporting
  • Knowledge of broad risk-management related practice
  • Aravo configurator or implementor
  • Consultancy experience related to governance, risk, and compliance solution implementation
  • Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or sub-teams simultaneously, including the ability to delegate key areas of responsibility

Compensation Range

$101,685.00 - $151,435.00 Annual

Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
