Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Team Global Express is on the lookout for a skilled Regional Administration Support to become a key member of our Melbourne Depot team. With the option to be based at either our Altona or Melair workshop, this is your chance to play a vital role in keeping our fleet maintenance operations running smoothly.

About the Role

As Regional Administration Support, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative functions to ensure the efficient operation of our fleet maintenance facilities. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with Managers, Supervisors, Equipment Operators, and Workshop Staff.

What You’ll Do:
  • Full-Time Permanent position.
  • Handle enquiries, relay messages, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Maintain the training and licensing register for the area.
  • Ensure workshop equipment compliance documentation and schedules are up to date.
  • Process time and attendance records for payroll submission and reconciliation with work order labour hours.
  • Raise purchase requisitions for inventory and ensure proper approvals are obtained before making any major expenditure purchases.
  • Provide general clerical support and assistance as needed.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 3+ years’ experience in an administration role.
  • Experience in a similar industry or function is a plus.
  • Competency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Computer literate with excellent data entry skills using MS products.
  • A solid understanding of cost components and a focus on cost containment.
