Retail Data Quality Lead
A key strategic priority for WinField United (WU) is being smart with data as a cooperative system; a core part of executing that with our retail-owners is the Retail Data Standardization (RDS) team. This team supports our retail-owners---with both process and technology—in managing, reporting, and driving value from “back-office” (transactional and operational) data.
The primary tool used in this role is AgriMine®, a WU-proprietary system for reporting, cleaning, and standardizing point-of-sale data, including crop protection, seed, and fertilizer product sales. This data is relied on by the retailers, WinField United, and basic manufacturers for things like sales insights, incentive & rebate programs, compliance tracking, and more. The RDS Team works with WU’s retail-owners to ensure data in the AgriMine® reporting system is accurate and actionable. This Lead role is one of two that will manage a team of Data Specialists; the Specialists are responsible for working directly with assigned retail-owners to ensure the quality/integrity of the data in the AgriMine® system.
This position is virtual/remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.
