Job Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between internal and external overseeing the configuration, governance, and management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) system. This includes:
- On-going user support
- Writing, Running and delivery of Reports to support across the account
- Configuration issues tracking and resolution
- Management of data additions, user access, training and support in Customer systems
- Design and provide detailed asset reports for cost center managers, including analytical assets, classification, and cost of support
- Establish and implement data standards that support customer and PerkinElmer program requirements.
- Oversee CMMS Change Control including:
- Asset Attribute updates
- Schedule Revisions
- Lead data Quality Management efforts around:
- Inventory Accuracy
- Work Order Quality
- Preventative Maintenance Schedule Quality
- Support and advise on data improvement opportunities
- Lead for all CMMS reporting
- Support all data standardization activities
- Support all Client CPI/KPI Reporting for the department
- Support quarterly project level reporting
- Support bi-annual executive level reporting
- Support/Lead continuous improvement initiatives/projects
- Maintain training and compliance in areas of health and safety, security, environmental and operational aspects of daily activities in the working environment.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or related field of study
- Three or more years administrative and customer service experience
- Knowledge of EAM and SAP data systems a plus
- Experience in merging complex data sets, reporting, analytics, data comparison, SQL Report writing, Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $71,760.00 to $100,000.00. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
