Department Overview
DRN, a Motorola Solutions company, equipps LPR cameras to scan license plates every day, building up a historical scan database that serves the clients and the entire network in generating more hits and recoveries. DRN maintains the largest database of scans and the numbers continue to grow daily.
Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible but not limited to the following:
Prospecting for new business to develop relationships with key decision-makers
Respond to customer needs
Lead generation expertise
Ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research
Qualify all existing leads in Salesforce.com, all DRN lead databases and resources
Coordinate, promote and lead webinars in your assigned region
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
Accept inbound and perform outbound telephone calls to identify sales opportunities
Meet, track, and exceed daily call & activity metrics
Align with other members of the sales organization to support overall company revenue targets
Additional Knowledge/Skills:
1+ year of experience within a sales organization or customer service
High School degree or equivalent required
Proven sales achievement in a high-energy, phone-based selling environment a PLUS
Experience developing collaborative relationships
Closing skills: Winning sales campaigns after they have progressed past Needs Development; closing late stage deals; developing reasons for prospects to act; overcoming late stage deal obstacles; winning confidence and support of late stage new entrants to the sales campaign
Experience delivering presentations
Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Windows, Mac, or Google based applications
Preferred experience with technology sales and Salesforce.com CRM experience

This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.
Target Base Salary Range: $36,800 - $59,200
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
