Key Account Manager Rx

The Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Key Account Manager Rx to join our friendly team and take responsibility for promoting our diabetology, cardiology and internal medicine products in Central Bohemia region and Prague.
In this fast-developing and exciting role, you'll build, develop and maintain good business relationships with health care professionals and pharmacies. To achieve regional goals, you will plan and conduct business meetings and strive to strengthen the company's position in the market in the therapeutic field of diabetology, cardiology and internal medicine. In cooperation with the Tender Specialist, you will prepare offers and enter tenders for our products to support and achieve business goals. You will also organize and actively participate in regional seminars and other corporate events, represent the company at professional conferences in the Czech Republic and abroad. You will regularly monitor, collect and analyse market trends and seek business opportunities related to the creation and maintenance of a database of the region in order to adequately manage the entrusted area.
The Person:
Proven experience with a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the field of generic medicines, preferably in the therapeutic field of Diabetology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine
- Excellent business and financial knowledges with strong analytical skills
- Strong relationship management skills, with an emphasis on influencing and maintaining relationships at all levels and gaining effective internal and external contacts with key customers
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude – resilient and able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
- Strong customer focus – focused on meeting customer expectations and able to build effective relationships
- An excellent team player who can see the bigger picture
- Travel and residence within the region
- Good understanding of MS Office
- Full Driving licence
