We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Behavioral Health Medical Leadership Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role supports medical leadership efforts by ensuring adherence to organizational standards, facilitating effective communication, and driving compliance among psychiatric providers. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, report generation, and coordination to enhance the efficiency and impact of medical leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring Prescriber Compliance:

  • Regularly review prescriber schedules to ensure alignment with company standards, including appropriate scheduling, timely documentation, and accurate coding practices.
  • Identify and address deviations from established protocols.

Report Generation And Analysis

  • Run EMR (Electronic Medical Records) reports to track metrics related to medical leadership initiatives, documentation standards, and compliance.
  • Analyze data in Power BI and provide actionable insights to medical leadership.

Coordination And Project Management

  • Organize and manage projects related to medical leadership initiatives.
  • Coordinate efforts with clinic directors to ensure psychiatric provider expectations are clearly communicated and consistently met.

Editing And Formatting

  • Edit, format, and finalize materials related to medical leadership initiatives, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
  • Maintain organized records of documentation and communication materials.

Communication And Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between medical leadership and clinic directors, facilitating clear and effective communication.
  • Support team efforts by ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Maintaining and Creation of Formal Collaborative agreements

Onboarding And Departure Of Psychiatric Providers

  • Collaborating with clinic directors ahead of new hires' start dates.
  • Setting up schedules and treatment profiles.
  • Initiating Dr. First requests and verifying LAC credentials.
  • Conducting first-day meetings with new hires to review onboarding curriculum and set expectations.
  • Supplying caseload data for departing providers and clinic directors.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and medical documentation standards is highly desirable.
  • Experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting.
  • Knowledge of outpatient coding requirements.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
