We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) Developer with a strong background in AWS cloud technologies and MDM SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable MDM solutions, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of critical business data. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MDM systems with cloud-based platforms and provide innovative solutions for enterprise data management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage MDM solutions using Informatica MDM SaaS platforms
- Develop data models, workflows, and hierarchies for master data entities (e.g., customers, products, suppliers).
- Optimize and maintain data governance and stewardship processes within the MDM ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain integrations between MDM systems and AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB).
- Implement scalable ETL pipelines and APIs for data ingestion, transformation, and distribution.
- Leverage AWS services to ensure high availability, security, and performance of MDM systems.
- Implement data quality rules, validation processes, and exception handling.
- Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
- Monitor and resolve data issues, ensuring accurate and consistent master data across systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for MDM initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Optimize system performance and scalability to meet evolving business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field or High School Diploma/GED from accredited institution with equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in MDM development and implementation.
- Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, DynamoDB).
- Hands-on experience with MDM SaaS platforms, Informatica.
- Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
- Experience with API development and integration (REST, SOAP).
- Knowledge of data quality management and data governance principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer).
- Experience with Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $114,000 - $164,730
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $97,800 - $145,520
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
