Job description

Mission

Support the Sales Engineering Director in creating and delivering value-driven solutions for our clients by conducting technical analyses, preparing proposals, and ensuring efficient collaboration across departments. Develop a deep understanding of Tutenlabs' business, solutions, and client needs to establish expertise that enables growth and evolution within the organization. Contribute to the development of tools, research, and insights that enhance Tutenlabs' value proposition and strengthen client satisfaction.

Responsibilities 🙌

  • Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of proposals, including the consolidation of data from various departments and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Technical Research: Participate in or conduct research on new solutions, technologies, and industry trends that could enhance our offerings for existing and potential clients.
  • Pricing Support: Collaborate with the Sales Engineering Director to propose technical pricing strategies based on detailed analyses and benchmarks.
  • Data Analysis: Perform analyses of energy efficiency, operational efficiency, and customer data to support the development of client proposals and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Tool Development and Maintenance: Support the creation and maintenance of tools and templates to streamline the proposal preparation process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations, and customer teams to gather inputs, share findings, and ensure alignment on client deliverables.
  • Discovery and Meetings: Perform discovery meetings to understand the customer’s current situation, identify challenges, define the general scope of the proposal, and coordinate the involvement of relevant areas. Eventually, participate in site surveys.
  • Proposal Presentation: Support the sales team in presenting the proposal to customers, ensuring a clear and compelling articulation of the value proposition.
  • Value Assessment: If required, support the preparation of assessments and reports that quantify the value delivered to clients, leveraging internal tools and analytics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance proposal preparation and sales engineering processes, recommending and implementing improvements where applicable.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of research findings, proposals, and tools to ensure transparency and ease of access for the team.

Minimum Requirements

It will be a good match if you have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business and Administration or related fields
  • Language proficiency, native Spanish and advanced English (C1).
  • Experience: Less than 2 years of experience.
  • Located in Mexico.

Desirable Requirements

  • Desirable proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client interactions and tracking sales performance.
  • Desirable familiarity with energy management platforms and facility management software (e.g., Schneider Electric EcoStruxure, Siemens Desigo, IBM Maximo).
  • Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for generating insights and optimizing proposals.
  • Understanding of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com) for coordinating technical proposals and solution development.
