Job Summary

The Data & Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimising data and inventory to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with business needs. This role involves heavy data entry, data cleaning, and quality assurance to uphold data integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain product data for the CRM system and company website.
  • Utilise advanced Excel formulas to clean and prepare large datasets and catalogs for import.
  • Perform repetitive tasks, such as editing product descriptions and updating images, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity through quality assurance practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and support business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data management, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
