Responsibilities

About this role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced channel partner manager to help develop, execute and optimize partner marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement and revenue. This dynamic role involves planning and sharing execution for a variety of initiatives that support Claroty’s growing partner channel program. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on collaboration while maintaining the ability to independently drive results.

Help manage the Claroty partner ecosystem by executing Partner Marketing programs working with the Sales Teams, Field Marketing Managers and extended partner team. Responsible for executing and measuring global partner campaigns, co-marketing plans, communications, marketing menus and turn-key programs to deliver best practices to drive demand.

As the Partner Campaigns Manager, Your impact will be:

  • Cross functional collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Director of Partner Marketing and collaborate with the Partner Campaign, Content, Field Marketing, along with the entire marketing team, Ops team (Claroty partner program) and the enablement teams to deliver revenue goals.
  • To-partner communications: Monthly partner and quarterly AWS seller newsletters, product releases, partner summit, partner program updates, and LinkedIn partner page
  • Partner Portal management: Site configuration/branding, partner journey/workflow management, assist partners in MDF partner submissions
  • Event Coordination: Managing logistics for workshops, webinars, and regional events
  • Campaign execution and tracking partner campaigns: Help partners to execute campaigns-in-a-box, and custom and MSA campaigns (managed by an agency).
  • MDF management and guideline support
  • Partner execution working with Field Marketing Manager and Campaigns team. Create partner marketing menu for global usage, landing page development and follow-up comms after a co-sponsored event with partners
  • AWS Admin Management: MDF Claims & Submissions, Marketplace listing management
  • Ensure Claroty branding consistency across partner sites



Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 5 years Partner marketing experience (to, through and with) in a cybersecurity company  
  • Excellent program management skills with a keen understanding of demand generation and campaign execution  
  • Experience with HubSpot, ZiftOne, SFDC and Monday.com

Desired Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or related field or equivalent work experience required.
