Requirements

  • Proficient with Excel
  • Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM, to include basic admin actions such as adding new users, workflows/validation rules, and creating custom fields
  • Ability to follow and collaboratively improve key processes, specifically related to CRM maintenance and order processing
  • Willingness to occasionally adjust the daily schedule to better overlap with colleagues in U.S. time zones

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Data analysis and visualization skills
  • Experience in Sales Operations

English level

Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities

  • Work with salespeople, entering data as required, to ensure that information in Salesforce is up-to-date and in conformance with sales process standards
  • Maintain various Excel spreadsheets with additional information and reporting related to the sales process
  • Ensure that contractual documents (SOWs, MSAs, etc.) for Exadel engagements are organized and up-to-date
  • Assist the Director of Revenue Operations in other tasks required for sales process management
