As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to design your own schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life seamlessly. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our business by driving demand for our products and services through and with our partners, leveraging automation to maximize results.
You will also manage, optimize, and take our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system to market. This involves ensuring our PRM platform meets the needs of internal teams and channel partners, enabling seamless collaboration, automation, streamlined operations, and effective partner engagement.
Digital marketing skills are essential for this role. A strong understanding of opportunities in digital channels is key, as we help our partners leverage these channels effectively in their marketing efforts—both to and with partners.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Marketing & PRM Market Strategy:
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and generate high-quality leads.
- Plan, automate, execute and manage demand generation campaigns within the system to enhance the partner experience.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the PRM system to ensure alignment with business goals and partner needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, enhancements, and updates.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to onboard partners.
- Track KPIs, collect feedback, monitor partner activity, analyze campaign effectiveness to generate insights and optimize programs to maximize ROI and conversion rates to improve partner success.
Collaboration With Stakeholders
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing partners to drive retention and sales success.
- Align demand generation strategies with sales objectives, work closely with the sales team to nurture leads, and engage channel partners to amplify campaign reach.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to support cross-functional goals and to implement co-branding, campaigns, local marketing activities and lead distribution via the platform.
- Serve as the liaison between WithSecure and the PRM system vendor for troubleshooting, updates, and feature requests.
What are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience
- Confident in managing PRM, CRM, or similar systems (e.g. Zift One, MindMatrix, Salesforce, HubSpot) and comfortable with its solution processes.
- Experience working in partner/channel management, sales, or a related field is a strong plus.
- Experience in marketing automation processes is a plus.
- Knowledge about the cyber security field will help you be more effective quicker.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in PRM platforms and familiarity with CRM integration.
- Strong understanding of workflows, reporting, and system configuration.
- (Basic knowledge of APIs and data integration is a plus)
