What You’ll Do


As a Talent Partner, you’ll drive everything top-of-funnel in our recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a seamless candidate journey:

  1. Recruitment Operations: Post job ads, screen applications, and manage candidate communications to ensure every applicant feels valued.
  2. Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit,
  3. Scheduling: Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups to keep everything on track and organized.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment data and create reports to monitor pipeline progress and metrics.
  5. Process Optimization: Help us identify (and implement) gaps and opportunities for improvement in workflows, tools, and systems to make recruitment faster and smarter.
  6. Sourcing: Actively seek out top talent, driving sourcing strategies that build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.


Who You Are


You’re a people-focused professional who thrives on staying organized, improving processes, and delivering excellent candidate experiences. We’re looking for someone with:

  1. Recruitment Experience: At least 1 year in a recruitment role, managing candidate communication, screening, and interviewing.
  2. English Proficiency: C1-C2 level to communicate clearly and professionally.
  3. Detail-Oriented Mindset: You’re organized and accurate when managing schedules, data, and processes.
  4. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite, spreadsheets, LinkedIn, and tools like Typeform.
  5. Data-Driven Approach: Skilled at analyzing metrics to suggest improvements and optimize processes.
  6. Regional Expertise: Experience recruiting in Latin America for English-speaking roles.
  7. Proactive and Reliable: You take initiative, stay ahead of deadlines, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
