Job description

XTB is a licensed brokerage house in the European Union, specialized in trading on OTC derivative instruments (forex, commodities, and indices). Due to continued growth, the company now seeks Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Specialist. The right candidate will be a creative, innovative, enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills. This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate for personal growth and career development in an internationally known company.

  • providing excellent customer service (supporting Portuguese clients)
  • building up positive relationships with customers
  • resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
  • monitoring of the situation on financial markets
  • working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
  • cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
  • Portuguese language - native or proficiency level required
  • responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
  • strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • good knowledge of MS Office
  • Additional (would be an advantage):
  • previous experience in a customer service role
  • knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business
