Technical Skills (Must-haves)

• 5+ years in analytical or quantitative roles supporting Product or Engineering Teams, where you derived insights from complex data sets.
• Experience working in SaaS companies, especially in collaboration with Product teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, with 3+ years of hands-on practice in writing foundational scripts and utilizing database skills.
• Familiarity with AWS RDS or PostgreSQL is desirable.
• Expertise in using BI reporting tools such as AWS Quicksight, Looker, or PowerBI Analytics.
• Ability to design exceptional dashboards and visualizations leveraging business intelligence tools.
• Capable of monitoring and managing the progress of A/B experiments.

• Empathetic, with the ability to understand stakeholders' perspectives and help address questions they may not yet realize need answering.
• Skilled at building and maintaining clean, intuitive datasets, enabling quick and accurate responses to new questions.
