Job description

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience landscape. You'll collaborate closely with clients, leveraging your expertise to understand their goals and translate them into compelling digital experiences. From conducting user research to crafting prototypes, you'll guide projects from inception to execution, ensuring that every interaction delights and engages users.



Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to grasp their objectives and requirements.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions.
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, and user journeys optimized for various devices and interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate upon designs based on user feedback.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the design process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design.



Requirements:

  • 2+ years of UX design experience, preferably including work with complex digital environment.
  • Proficiency in UX software such as Sketch or Figma.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
  • Strong grasp of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with user research methodologies, user testing, and rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (C1 or C2 level).


Bonus Points:

  • Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical industry projects.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • A portfolio showcasing your UX design process and projects.
