Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a project focused on improving customer data quality, centralizing data (MDM), and enhancing business processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, experience with CRM/ERP systems, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the project to improve customer data quality and centralize data using MDM.
• Collaborate with internal teams and onboard external consultants as needed.
• Engage with diverse internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce customer churn.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in IT and data-centric initiatives.
• Knowledge and experience with Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
• Familiarity with sales data systems (CRM, ERP, contract management); experience with Netsuite, MonetizeNow, or HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to drive improvements in data and processes.
