Job description

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. You will work in a global, multicultural environment and coordinate dispersed project/service teams, leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies, IT service delivery practices, and agile frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT projects and services of local/global scope in medium to large-scale, international environments.
  • Coordinate virtual and dispersed teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Apply ITIL best practices and oversee Release Management processes.
  • Utilize project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Use tools such as HPSM, ServiceNow (SNOW), and JIRA to manage workflows and tickets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential issues, propose solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Communicate and cooperate across various organizational levels, influencing and persuading stakeholders.
  • Maintain alignment with program and portfolio management strategies.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
  • Travel as required to meet project and service needs.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • MA/Eng. degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects in multicultural environments.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification preferred).
  • Proficiency in ITIL practices and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with Program and Portfolio Management principles.
  • Basic knowledge of Release Management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HPSM, ServiceNow, and JIRA.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English at C1/C2 level.

  • Ability to foresee challenges and proactively implement solutions.
