Job description

Product Owner Resources define and prioritize product features to align with business goals and customer needs. They manage the product backlog, communicate with stakeholders, and guide the development team to ensure the right features are built at the right time.


EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY):

  • Crafting and executing comprehensive product strategies that drive business growth while aligning with long term organizational goals.
  • Demonstrates ability to build relationships and influence C-suite executives to translate complex business needs into actionable product initiatives.
  • Experience leading highly complex product portfolios across multiple workstreams.
  • Mastery of agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement, scaling agile practices across the organization and mentoring teams on best practices.
  • Leveraging market insights, data analytics, and emerging technologies to innovate and solve critical business challenges.


QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED):

  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing other product managers or product owners.
  • Technical proficiency with the ability to understand and contribute to discussions about complex requirements and solutions.

  • Formal education in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience:
    • Master’s Degree - 1 year


LOCATION (REMOTE)
Most work is done remotely. However, certain Work Orders may require the Resource to work on-site at 810 Jefferson Street SE, Olympia WA.
