What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Director of Partner Success to lead the development and execution of enablement programs focused on implementation readiness for IntelePeer’s solutions. This role is critical to scaling our partner ecosystem’s technical capabilities and ensuring partners are equipped to deliver customer success.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop hands-on technical content, workshops, and enablement strategies that accelerate adoption, readiness, and practice development for our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Enablement Strategy & Delivery
  • Design, deliver, and maintain repeatable technical enablement programs, including hands-on workshops, exercises, and certification paths, to prepare partners for implementation success.
  • Lead the creation of enablement content that aligns with customer use cases, best practices, and delivery excellence.
  • Partner with Product teams to build readiness for New Product Introductions (NPI) and critical product updates.
  • Partner Ecosystem Growth
  • Equip partners to grow their technical expertise and depth by hosting workshops, webinars, and hands-on configuration sessions.
  • Develop programs to accelerate certifications, deepen product knowledge, and ensure implementation readiness.
  • Serve as a key advisor to partners to drive practice proficiency and project success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align enablement programs with business priorities.
  • Support the launch of new features and product roadmaps by creating tailored content and training materials.
  • Facilitate Partner Advisory Board sessions to gather feedback, showcase innovations, and align partner capabilities.
  • Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
  • Define success metrics for enablement programs and provide regular updates to leadership on adoption, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Maintain dashboards and tools to measure program impact and ROI.
  • Iterate on enablement strategies based on partner feedback and performance.
  • Community Engagement
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the partner ecosystem via user groups, events, and digital communities.
  • Highlight key use cases, best practices, and success stories to drive partner engagement and growth.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead enablement strategy development and execution.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align enablement initiatives with product and business strategies.
