At Megger, we aim to empower electrical grids worldwide to optimise operations through cutting-edge monitoring technology and powerful data insights. We’re seeking a seasoned Content Developer focused on our solutions business to join our passionate Campaign Development team.


As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating compelling, informative, and engaging content that effectively communicates our advanced monitoring and maintenance solutions to diverse audiences. Your expertise in software or solution selling will enable you to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content that resonates with both technical and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


  • Content Development: Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product documentation, social media, webinars, eBooks, and video scripts.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to understand software/ solution features and benefits.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Digital Optimisation: Optimise content for SEO and engagement to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Brand Cohesion: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content.
  • Analysis: Analyse content performance and iterate based on feedback and data insights.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee content projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback to refine content and strategies.
  • Innovation: Identify and implement innovative content formats and distribution channels to enhance audience engagement.


Experience, Skills & Qualifications


  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or a related field is preferred.
  • Passion for content and continuous development.
  • Proven experience in content development, preferably within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of APM, online monitoring, SaaS, and related technologies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a broader audience.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
