NewtekOne is looking for an Account Executive.

In this role, the Account Executive will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and will be integral in helping to positively shape our customer experience. You will be responsible for making a high volume of customer telephone inquiries to promote the features & benefits of our products & services.

Responsibilities Include

  • Making outbound calls from generated leads.
  • Engaging with prospective customers regarding Newtek's full suite of products/services
  • Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
  • Providing a positive and informative customer experience.
  • Use internal tools to document all customer touch points and communications.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team goals and outcomes.
  • Participate in regular training and development meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Telephone Sales, Customer Service, or other customer facing experience.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and best practices (experience with Salesforce a plus).
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude
  • Must possess a sense of urgency and ownership when dealing with clients and prospects of Newtek
  • Ability to make 150+ calls per day
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent Sales, negotiation, and persuasive skills
  • Strong Data entry skills with accuracy and ability to navigate among multiple systems
  • Proficient in Windows based computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and internal systems such as NewTracker, Teams, etc..

Salary Range: $45,000 to $60,000 per year plus performance based quarterly bonuses.
