As a Logistics Operations Support, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Track and Trace: Monitor shipments in real-time to ensure timely deliveries, identify potential delays, and provide proactive updates to clients.
  • Communication: Conduct regular check-ins with drivers, carriers, and stakeholders to confirm shipment status and promptly address any issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational challenges during the night shift and escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Documentation: Accurately maintain and update shipment records, including status updates and incident logs, in the system.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed end-of-shift reports for the day team, highlighting critical incidents and updates.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in customer service and logistics operations is required.
  • Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Perks:

  • Schedule: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (PST), Wednesday to Sunday or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Philippine Time, Thursday to Monday. Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.
