Job description

This is a remote position.

A dynamic marketing and brand agency is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organised Virtual Assistant with a passion for marketing and project management to join their dynamic marketing business. This is a part-time, fully remote, independent contracting role that will require approximately 20 hours of work per month. In this role, you will support both marketing and administrative functions. 


Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management:

  • Set up and manage projects in Asana, including allocating resources and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather content contributions.

Social Media Management:

  • Schedule and post content via Agorapulse, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Oversee community engagement and inbox management for clients.
  • Manage Google My Business profiles and facilitate lead generation.

Newsletter Management:

  • Upload draft content to newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho).
  • Organise client inboxes and manage lead facilitation.

Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports using tools like Agorapulse, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Analytics, and Google My Business.

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate client invoices and communication as needed.
  • Submit weekly timesheets and maintain accurate records.


Requirements

Essential Tools & Platforms:

  • Asana, Mailchimp/Zoho, Agorapulse or similar, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google My Business, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

Bonus Skills:

  • WordPress, Canva, Calendly, Zoom, Voxer, Funnel and Lead Magnet Support, and tech troubleshooting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and error-spotting ability.
